Day 23

Tired , feeling very anti social and this blogging ,very new to me, is feeling odd too. Still, on the plus side I am feeling much fitter, leaner and generally healthier. I'll keep churning this out just to remind myself the process wasnt that easy.

  1. Blogging takes some time to get used to but for PCP I would just suggest you write whatever is in your head at the time as a brain dump. It will be interesting to look back on the journey after you have finished it to see where you were at different stages.

    I find it interesting to read what others are going through at the same stage as working out by myself can get a bit lonely and it makes a difference knowing there are others who are sharing the experience.

    It is also a way to share the small triumphs with people who will appreciate it. :)

    I am naturally an oversharer so blogging and commenting does come kinda easy for me. I am not a woman of mystery but not everybody is the same and that is OK.

    Your blogs are fine man, just a few lines about how the day went, how you're feeling, and read and comment on others blogs too, it all helps keep your head on the game and your training on track!
