Well 2 weeks in and so far so good. I have firmed up a lot and as a pleasant side effect lost 4 kilos and 2 inches of my waist, so fat not muscle i think. Now weighing in at 91kg.
800 jumps gone in a flash, running and swimming easier, definately breathing improved even here in polluted hongkong. That is certainly down to not smoking though, i've been through this many times before and at times like this i have to ask myself how i ve drifted back to smoking so many times.
Curious to see what changes week 3 will bring.

ReplyDeleteI gave up smoking for the baby over 18 months ago now. Feel great and am surprised at all the new smells (good and bad) that I can sense.
